A T-Mobile Metro client can use myMetro to regularly check their current plan, including added and third-party services and discounts, 4G data usage and total prepaid data allotment. They can review their bill due date and balance and make secure payments. They can also update their personal details, such as their email address and password.

The myMetro account app provides offers related to other phone and data options. Best yet, it provides an opt-out option that tells T-Mobile to not sell a user's data. A Privacy Center and network and locations settings allow users to customize the app so that they receive the highest level of desired protection.
